| Well, I think somebody should at least ask: Is anybody on this forum interested in giving this a go (or attempting to give it a go - formally doing the research, establishing avenues of support and/or interest that are available and/or achievable, essentially a feasibility study)? The Grove Park Group AGM is on June 12th and could be a good opportunity - if agreeable via the organisers (if they haven't already planned something) - to establish the level of interest in considering the community pub option. Personally, I don't have the experience in hospitality, although I'd be interested in getting involved somehow if the interest, determination and resources are there (or are otherwise attainable). ...this probably isn't ordinarily how such initiatives get off the ground. But hey, it's the 21st century, could be worth a shot ;) |
