| Simple, Andrew. A delivery should not require an audit let alone however many paragraphs you just typed in an effort to explain the situation. Which remained inconclusive. Businesses don't need "challenges" like this. They need consistency across the board. Nor should it take twice as long to do the same task as before. That is nothing but an increase in cost. Either passed on to the customer or simply avoided. I read something recently where NYC was considering charging for deliveries. Not that there was a proposal, rather the concept. I've always felt SMEs should be able to pay for a badge, akin to a blue badge, and give them a leg up when delivering. Right now you have the likes of Amazon able to do one thing or afford to do it however they need to, and the rest of us who are literally and figuratively paying the price. And yet people still wonder why the High Roads suffer. |
