| I am no expert either but a search suggests you are right that it would have to be a community group that pursues the ACV designation not the council. It would have been very useful in the planning decision but it is too late now. Perhaps I have been over dismissive of the strength of local feeling on this and it was impressive to get 100 people out to demonstrate at such short notice. On the other hand, there is part of this campaign which is a Conservative Party data collection exercise - efforts to save this pub should have started two years ago. |
