| Isn't this why the green boxes are so good. The problem is that the info has not been going out with them and is not available to new movers in unless they organise it for themselves. This is something that the letting agents could do for their fee. LBH has such a good website that it would take little effort to download and laminate the information to hand over with the keys. You shouldn't place so much emphasis on the statistics. H&F don't do garden waste. When LBE added a free garden waste collection their recycling percentage shot up. Charging for a garden waste collection has not been such a success as people dropped out. There will be other ways of playing the figures. |
