"it is common practice" Just my point Robbo. Thanks for making it for me. It was also common practice for MP's to follow the lead of Ann Keen and claim huge expenses - but it has now been recognised as wrong and too costly to sustain. You need to start thinking outside the box. When I have met the lovely Mary Mcleod , she has come to the Chiswick conservative club. I think it is fantastic that Mary has agreed to meet the Chiswick students. I only question why the head teacher didn't invite her to the school instead. Makes more sense and will cost less to the taxpayer. Thanks also for reminding me of my earlier thread. It just goes to show that MP's talking to those representing constituents can go a long way to swinging elections. In this case though I don't claim any responsibility as Mary herself told me she recognises all the good work you did for her in your ongoing quest to drive so many of Ann Keen's supporters to vote for Mary or Andrew. I hope the students have as good a meeting with her as I did. |
