| Personally, I have no truck (geddit) with 4X4's, they are a valuable resource for those that need them, also, I would have no qualms about owning one or two, and I find that the majority of their drivers are as sensible as any other road user. But I do have an issue with those drivers who just do not know how to control a larger vehicle, by which I mean, when approaching one they do not pull over to their side of the road as they do not realise they have left themselves a 4 foot gap whilst knocking my wing mirror, or who park in such a way as to take two parking spaces as they don't believe they could get out otherwise. Or, in Sainsbury's car park for example, see no issue with their children opening the rear doors into a neighbouring car so you come back to another nice little dent. Then again, this is not exclusive to 4X4 owners. |
