| Except that isn't true David. You can't respond to BS generalisations with agreement if something isn't true. I came back from a community consultation just last week with invaluable information around how parents move around a school zone that has changed my initial thoughts regarding the design. Community and stakeholder engagement is very important to me as an engineer and the same goes for many other engineers I work with. I know some folks think CS9 was not consulted well enough but that is sod all to do with me. I take exception to the statement that engineers don't care for consultation though. As for sitting down with you? Why the heck would I do that and what would be achieved? You are naturally outraged resident of a community and I am an engineer who has zero influence over what happens on CHR. I can think of better ways to spend an afternoon. |
