I know lots of engineers both civil and software and they are all equally disdainful of 'user feedback'. You can't deny that it would be impossible for TfL to proceed with any cycle lane plan if the consultation showed majority opposition — the Mayor has said he wants to see public support before proceeding. Therefore the methodology used to run the consultation is one designed to deliver majority approval. |
