| And there Sarah is the nub of the problem. In some parts of Chiswick people will only go to 1 or 2 architects on the basis that they know that they will get everything through with the planners. Whilst this is not 100% true, it is certainly the view of many that you should not even try to do something different with any other architects so a virtual cartel has built up and the two practices appear to have a monopoly as a result. |
