Excuciating? I'm guessing no fact I deliver to you will be good enough given that tone of voice. Am going to ask what I asked of the creationists I used to debate, what facts would convince you otherwise? You want chemistry? Climate change history? Expert views? Cases of global warming being played down for political motives? How about the psychology of denial? How about the media's role in reporting, or not, the extent of change? How about potential effects of global change models that have have, so far, been too conservative? What about a break down of the arguments against global warming bit by bit? Perhaps an exploration of which side has vested interests? Or how about the current effects of global warming today and now and how it is affecting millions of lives and not in a good way. If you think what I've said so far is excruciating then I'm guessing you don't want any more information but instead just to stick you fingers in your ears and go la la la till all the bad stuff goes away. |
