| Maybe not - BUT if M&S can have a glitch in their arrangements when they open a new store in Chiswick High Road then it is highly probable that there are others who have staff lacking training and understanding of the regulations that already exist ie the Waste Hierarchy pyramid where Reduction and Reuse are at the top and Recycling near the bottom. A lot of companies have also signed the Courtauld Commitment - whatever it's new name is. WRAP (The Waste Resources Action Plan) has a lot of information: https://www.wrap.ngo/take-action/uk-food-drink-pact |
