| I have NEVER suggested boycotting the store. I want to hear their reply. I have questioned their choice of disposal for so much good food in such a way and have stated that I hope that it is not their ongoing permanent solution to dealing with and disposing of so much good food. NONE of us should be throwing away good food. https://www.lovefoodhatewaste.com/ It's said that UK households throw away 4.4 million metric tons of edible food worth £17bn. That is households - and if you check out the website above you can make a note of ideas for next year especially if you overcatered and wasted food this last Christmas. Yes, that bread sauce can be spread in the turkey and cranberry sandwich! It's delicious. |
