| David, Jenny said, in so many words, that she contacted M&S. She can clarify but this isn't the wording that you would use if all you did was speak to a random member of staff at the store. She may have used a corporate email or just the contact point for customer complaints but either way, given the nature of the concerns raised, I would have expected M&S to address it squarely. Giving a generic response either means that the concerns have not been forwarded to the right people or the store has been caught red-handed doing something it would rather we didn't know about. I've suggested to ChiswickW4.com that they should follow this up and that should provide a bit more insight into what exactly is going on. |
