| I'm aware of what waste is, Philippa, but thanks for mansplaining it to me. As mentioned already, the implication was the food was being put in the trash with no further use/purpose. Let's call it waste. Being repurposed/recycled or whatever we're calling it, isn't waste. Perhaps I misunderstood, Philippa, but it seemed you were suggesting giving food to hospitality businesses to be prepared for distribution using free labor. "Is your menu so structured and inflexible" Just a thought, try running a hospitality business then get back to me on that. You haven't a clue. Not one iota of a clue. |
