Katherine.Dunne@hounslow.gov.uk Shantanu.Rajawat@hounslow.gov.uk Katherine heads up transport. She hates democratic feedback but I have noticed Shantanu forwards messages to whomever for whatever purpose. Not that there is a noticeable outcome. Forest charges you for problematic rides. Lime never did. You were always able to report an issue by clicking an icon for "wheels" or "brakes" and you'd receive full credit. Not so with Forest. You pay no matter the outcome. Routinely Forest says I am not in a parking zone when I literally just put the bike in one but can't take a photo because the app says I'm not where I'm supposed to be. Or it tells you you must upgrade the app mid ride. That's a favorite. Yesterday I couldn't get a bike because the app suddenly asked me to log in and I couldn't for some reason. Lime never asked that. Nearly 3000km with Lime and never once did I have to log in. So I hopped on a Lime from Kensington to Hammersmith and noticed a new Lime feature - 5 free minutes if you take a "nearby" bike. |
