The Lime parking bay at the end of Duke's Avenue opposite the library is littered with various coloured bikes and looks a right mess. At least Lime bikes were all the same colour.

I still don't understand why Lime were not told to sort it out. Surely a dock is the answer?

1. Dock won't release the front wheel until bike is activated via the app. This would prevent stealing bikes.
2. Ride will not terminate until bike is returned to the dock, preventing bikes being left everywhere.

Common sense to me.
