| I expect the hierarchy are on holiday and are sick of hearing nothing but whining anti-bike lobby whinges and nobody has bothered to listen and hear any praise about their availability and use that is being made by the silent majority. That doesn't however mean that the whole road rules situation doesn't still need a lot of tweaking ie refreshing and learning! |
