Good question. I just went back and forth over Chiswick Bridge and saw plenty of Lime dumped by the cemetery on the Richmond side. After that plenty of Lime in operation there. Can't say I say any other vendors. Saw some slogging along on Limes in Chiswick. Front lights illuminated so they were hired but folks were having a go of it especially up the Chiswick Bridge incline.
But here's a view of the failure at the Hammersmith border. What was once one of the widest bit of pavements is now blocked by Limes that can't go further west. And the poor folks of Netheravon get that mess because Voi can't go further east. Call me crazy, but that's not sustainable nor is it improvement let alone growth. Imagine what will happen as things progess.
