| That is very good news if confirmed. The measure never made any sense and the idea that it was prompted by M&S wanting the car park seemed more plausible than the council implementing a patently daft policy. Interesting that the council didn't deny the initial story which suggests that there is more to this than we are being told. I walked by the site yesterday to have a look for myself. There is a space at the rear of the store which is used to process deliveries. Conceivably you could put two or three skips in there or store some materials as well as portaloos for the site workers. Hopefully that is all M&S will need but that will depend on exactly what they are doing. |
