| I don't know, your suggestion makes sense, but then surely the people behind the market would be told this as a point of common sense and that it would be temporary. In that case, I'm confused where the mazanine floor for the cafe would go as the buildings have floors above. That is where im puzzled unless the idea of a mezzanine floor is not a fact. |
