| Are you suggesting that M&S want to expand out from the back of the units by the Bond Street alley into the car park? The article about the car park closures is speculative but it does explain the apparent contradiction between the Council's full throttle support for the markets and the withdrawal of reserved parking on Chiswick Common Road. If the car park isn't going to close for M&S then this latter decision makes zero sense. I don't know much about construction projects but I'd be surprised if one of this size could be handled without taking over car parks at least until the interior fittings are stripped out and new materials can be stored inside. |
