| Only way they would not come out in a live theft of a car is if they are tied up on other live jobs and no one is available straight away. "there's nothing we can do unless the owner tells us its stolen" That tells me that the car had already been stolen from the scene and not on the scene being stolen hence reporting it stolen by owners as the responce. Police do have faults but in a live theft and still on the scene no way would that be the responce but is very likely once making off from the scene. |
