| Policeman on foot stops a cyclist after riding through red lights at TGT and the High Road. While talking to the cyclist he see's another cyclist ride through a red light, He shouts and beckons the rider over to him, the Cyclist turns towards the policeman and gives him a two finger salute and speeds off. So the police man has no way to identify this person so the cyclist gets away with it. But Hold on, the policeman is wearing a body video camera, I wonder if that will help, by adding it to a wanted data base. |
