| So how do you explain that actual pollution measurements show a decrease in pollution on the routes? Also, the capacity of the roads in terms of people per hour at the peak have increased. That is because the cycle lanes are highly efficient ways for lots of people travelling - unlike cars and taxis where a huge amount of road space is needed just for 1 person. |
