| We need better/safer cycling for everyone not just mamils. We need fewer cars - particularly those only carrying one person. Just count them on CHR. I appreciate that many may not only have one person in for the whole journey but there must be some of those journeys that could be avoided. We need to get those cars, vans and lorries that we can see belching out pollution off the road - especially those that are deliberately and criminally avoiding the emissions restrictions. Perhaps there also should also be time restrictions on the CHR for those lorries. |
