But that is what you attempted to do when you incorrectly claimed that the traffic was down 15% nationally, and on that basis argued there was no fall from the restrictions! We actually have local borough data for 2020 indicating that traffic was down 25% in 2020 compared to 2019, while nationally it was down 21%. That 4% difference is not enough to explain a 14% drop along those three roads when traffic was up 1% nationally. |
