| Hi Joanna, Anecdotal and unrepresentative, I'm afraid, on a par with your traducing the TfL report on pollution. Do you still not accept that you were misleading in asserting that TfL predicted increasing pollution from CW9? The shop occupancy rate is higher on Green Lanes since the cycleways were introduced. It' looks like several of the retailers used the opportunity of reduced rates during the cycleway build to refresh their shop fronts, if not expand. While there's retail growth in Winchmore Hill, what is there to show from the first year of the High Road Task Force?
