| The wind turbine manufacturing plans are still on hold - this was mentioned in the article. The UK is a big enough market that many companies will still want to have local presence here but the issue will be how many will choose the UK as their European HQ or centre for exporting to EU countries. I'd expect there will be intense lobbying and pressure on the government by all sections of industry to minimise trade barriers but then the government will need to reconcile this with the desire of many leave voters to put up the barriers to people. |
