Labour attacks the Tories over NHS funding and says it will put 2 an billion extra into the NHS. Osborne then announces a 2 billion-pound (annual) rise in NHS funding and Labour find themselves in a bit of a pickle and start accusing them of electioneering. As if no party does such a thing. Then we find out today that the extra 2 billion Labour policy would take time to phase in and would not produce the £2.5 billion until mid term 2017/18. You could not make it up but all good stuff But i did like Osborne and Balls on the same sofa. Balls all bothered and lathered up refusing to look at Osborne while Osborne looked at him at the end with a massive grin thinking you complete tool. We need round 2 |
