| "..lazy people putting out their bags the night before collection instead of getting up earlier on collection days." So we should arrange our lives to suit the dustmen's needs, should we ? Given that in our road the collection times can vary from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. or later, even if we did set the alarms to get up early on collection morning, we might find they are on an early shift, whereas if they are on a late shift that still leaves plenty of time for the foxes to do their worst. "Many people overload their green boxes, put them out the night before and a gust of wind scatters the paper." Papers are not supposed to be put in green boxes - they go in the blue bag. |
