Paul. Dan's posting may be a little loud but the arguments seem valid, not confused or contradictory. Your case seems to be based just on your own observation, but it appears to be contrary to other people who are posting. Personally from living in two locations in Chiswick, I have rarely seen the fox problem. I have asked for figures to justify the savings that are claimed because at first sight they do not seem likely. Others have also done the same, and they are not forthcoming. That alone seems good reason for it not to have been considered. |
