I was riding east along Wellesley Road the other day, behind a few drivers, there was a rubbish truck heading west which had paused. Every single driver, mounted two wheels on the pavement and drove for a good 100 meters along it, pedestrians had to step aside, this was also done at speed as I guess they didn't want to get spotted so though they would do it as quick as posslble. You'll see the same in other places, bottonm of the A4 if drivers think they can get left by mounting the pavement, and in several places in central london. And we all see the damage cause to on pavemnt stuff by cars. |
