| Am I the only one who is slightly perplexed about people who believe the High Road in Chiswick is blighted by pavement cycling? I can't recall the last time I saw a genuinely anti-social instance of this happening (as opposed to small children on bikes or a cyclist gently rolling their bike up to a rack). The police now seem to have nominated a PCSO to deal with the 'problem' indicating the level of seriousness they are treating it with. My suspicion is that they are responding to a section of our community whipped up by what they read in the Daily Mail or angry Facebook groups rather than actual experience of going out and witnessing it for themselves. |
