That's a pretty good summation. Brentford have just announced a restructuring of ownership which has to be assumed is a prelude to new investment being brought in and this may allow the club to absorb greater losses, giving the manager greater leeway when recruiting. People telling us the return of London Irish wasn't happening seem to have been well informed but I still believe Brentford will look to raise more revenue from the asset that is the GTech. Live music events have been mentioned and that is a route that clubs like Spurs and Aston Villa are going down. |
