| Ah that will be the, the RBKC that massively reduced the accident rate for all road users (yes even those who seem to attraat privileged attention from posters such as children and cyclists) by pioneering the removal of cluttering street furniture in High Street Ken? Pedestrian injuries fell by more than 62% and similar effects were seen when the scheme was extended to other parts of the borough. Hounslow by contrast has added to the street clutter with vast numbers of bicycle hoops and the hideous, useless TfL posts including directions to the closed police station and other incorrect information. TfL don't even seem to be able to read a compass. |
