Hi Jayne, On Thursday the Kensington and Chelsea Councillors peacocked in front of their base, subverted an agreed consultation process before it was complete, ignored all those who had submitted their considered views to the process, and showed a complete disregard for any real numbers preferring instead to go with the "alternative facts" such that all the planes on Holland Park Avenue were going to be chopped down. That's certainly not democracy, but it does remind me of something else. |
