Hi Steve, Of course I don’t know the result of the inquiry, and I didn’t claim to know. Fire safety deficiency notices were served and it appears not complied with by the time of the fire by the Council’s Tenancy Management Organisation. Considering that point alone I don’t know anyone else who thinks the Council will be “completely exonerated”. In fact these deficiencies form part of the criminal investigation. I suggest you read up a little more on the Council’s role before criticising others for making a quite proper link in the Council’s valuation of the human cost of their decisions. |
