| Weird how the country's economic prospects for the best part of 3 years may be determined by a small town sitting just off the Peak district. Makerfield is predominately white English who voted for Brexit so Andy Burnham's intention, should he become PM to carry on borrowing and admitting his desire to rejoin the EU does not make his winning the Makerfield seat certain. If Andy doesn't run himself into the ground Reform could be in with a shout in the by-election. |
