Paul, You cannot claim that information does not exist if you choose to ignore it. The temporary scheme is a variant of the original CS9 proposal which incorporated all the analysis you claim is missing. You also claimed at one point to support the original scheme, so it's odd that that you now choose to overlook its rationale. TfL performed a detailed analysis of the trips cyclists actually take in West London to inform their choice of routing for C9. It's summarised on pages 23 to 28 of https://consultations.tfl.gov.uk/roads/cs9/user_uploads/response-to-issues-raised-cs9.pdf Impact on bus users is described on pages 42 to 45, 106 and 118, with bus stop islands discussed in detail, including engagement with RNIB and Guide Dogs for the Blind. You might want to take issue with TfL's analysis, but you cannot claim it doesn't exist. |
