It looks like the plan, narrowing at the lights to maybe 3 m but still quite a bit more than the 2.3 m mirror-to-mirror width of an ambulance. As Francis is following social media, I’m surprised he’s missed the multiple postings of bike lanes being used by emergency vehicles.
