Not really sure what they have to do when the consult but I would guess £400-£500 or double that if they had to advertise the application in a newspaper. This would more or less wipe out the revenue from an application for one or two tables outside a small cafe. This would effectively mean the measure raises no extra revenue but reduces the amount of pavement tables available for six months of the year. Daft. |
