Rima, it still doesn't answer my question. I cannot see how wheelie bins are supposed to increase recycling. I don't understand what you mean about "limiting residual" - is that all the stuff that cannot be recycled? But what about those who don't really bother with recycling? Won't they just bung everything into the wheelie bin, much as they do with black bags currently? You are talking about people who drive over to Stirling Road to do their recycling - people like that will manage their recycling whatever bins our council allows us to use. So I still don't get it. I am probably missing something. |
