I am sure that you are right, but I was cautious which is why I could stop. I also stopped before the crossing and I apologised, so still unecessary to shout. As I said I don't always get it right. Regarding why it never happens to you... there could be a number of factors - you cycle less, you are lucky, or you are a better cyclist than the rest of us, which may be correct and seems to be what you are implying. Also, I hate to say this but a female on a bicycle is less likely to thump someone or retaliate, so is easier to yell at than a man. it does not happen a lot, but is on then increase. I suppose the point that I am making is that I think people should mind their own business, unless of course someone is doing something to you or interfering with someone else's quiet enjoyment. |
