| I agree it is often women who cycle on the pavement because they have a child carrier on the bike and presumably are too frightened to cycle on the roads. So this is mums with toddlers who could with a cycle lane safely cycle in a lane and not on the pavement. At present they often cycle straight at pedestrians on the pavement. It's time for many of the petrolheads to move over. On yer bike Jeremy! |
