The meeting was not to be political and that is why it was stated to not be a pitical meeting and no person spoke of the cuts except the Borough commander in resources available and Ruth as a political reasoning. The reason being its the obvious that just wastes time. No person was at the meeting to offer suggestions but to relay issues and personal issues that have effected them on a personal level which hopefully in return put a little more pressure on the Police to do a little more regardless of cuts. That was the very reason for the meeting. To make awareness and in return hope something a little more pro active comes from it,not to attack a political party or to offer up solution to those on the table. |
