Other concern is the noise they make (they do get noisy) - but wildlife? I personaly would prefer a few giant windmill, which I don't think scar the landscape (that's a subjective view), than to see much of Norfolk disappear (where I grew up). We're getting to some pretty hard choices and unless people can come up with some real reasons not to have windfarms and other alternative solutions I really think efforts against them are not only a waste of time but potentialy damaging to far more wildlife! I think Jim, you need to take a few steps back and look at things on a larger scale. Stew Dean |
