With the evolution of automation, marvellous robotics and brilliant software which have helped all walks of life life has been made a lot simpler in some aspects and more complicated in some others. However the downside of all this has been that countless jobs have been lost. Add to this Companies employing employees on yearly contracts, unemployment must and will continue to rise. What we need are the Mr Dysons of the world and bank managers who on hearing that Mrs Dyson like Mr D's new invention went ahead and gave Dyson the bank loan that many other banks had refused to give. We still have people with good ideas out there but they are all denied loans from all the banks. We also need this Government to consider small businesses as well as big business. Unless the banks start to help I can never ever see this Country ever getting out of the mire that it has been allowed to get in. |
