I respect your reply, but for far too long now we have said that, that is our fate and just accepted it. If the Asians had to come over here to both take over and run our shops because we weren't so hard working and put all the hours in a day including weekends, well good luck to them as they are simply willing to work hours that we weren't. The core to all this is that the unions made lots of us a greedy nation. We have to make it known to HMG that we skills and are willing to work for wages with our foreign cousins. For his part Mr Cameron has to bring back contracts from overseas for us. For those who do not as yet have the required skills, they have to go out to be re-educated. At present the HMG are sending people on courses with no jobs at the end of the line. We all have to be in unison with each other, with Mr Cameron and his government offices going out to get the jobs and we have to be ready to take lower salaries to fill the vacancies. If we do not do this, the unemployment levels can only increase causing us to get deeper in the quagmire. Government cuts in the Civil Service alone have and will continue to inflate the unemployment queues. |
