| Dan if the commercial rents were in balance for the last 20 years and they should have not been more than doubled ( in line with inflation 170%)but instead they went up 4 times and therefore the landlords have done well and they should have saved up and put a side for bad times epically those who had commercial properties for long time. If we to let the market takes it course and not to legislate then a false market will continue The commercials rents should be measured by the a national index ;like the retail index price and there fore the government need to legislate |
