The reduction from 40 to 30mph imposed on the dual carriageway from Richmond Circus to St Margaret’s roundabout is totally inadequately signed! There is only one very small 30mph sign each way on the dual carriageway. Not only is the signage inadequate, the reduction in speed limit on this dual carriageway is totally unnecessary. There are no residences on that stretch and there are extra wide pavements and cycle paths. I’m not sure if this was the idea of Richmond’s Lib Dem Council but it is pathetic. It serves no purpose other than to rip off motorists. |
